Canoeing area

Mark and Kerriann are so friendly and welcoming. We stayed in one of the dog friendly cottages which was cosy and had all you need for a short stay. Although we did not go on the daily animal feeding walks we could see that they were very popular with families of younger kids. We loved canoeing on the lake and going for strolls through the farm, we even ended up with the goats going for a stroll with us! lots of animals for the kids to interact with and the parrots visit everyday to feed on the bag of seeds provided with more available at reception for only 50c. One bonus of the stay was we seen a very rare Brush-tailed phascogale on a few night right on our porch. After describing this animal to Mark he came to our Chalet later that day to advise the correct name of it thanks to Kerriann putting him right! If we were to visit the area again we would definitely consider stating here. FYI, Manjimup is about 10mins, Pemberton 15mins, Denmark is a 2hr drive and well worth it, Hamelin Bay for the Sting rays is about 80mins and Margaret River is about 90mins drive so you are sort of central for the full South West area. I also highly recommend Ampersand Estates Winery on Vasse Highway for a lunch and tastings. If you want to get away from it all Diamond Forest Farm Stay is a great place to stay.

Everything about the farm stay was amazing, the couple who run it is just as beautiful as the farm and animals. It's such a calming, relaxing, enjoyable place! The animals are friendly. Mark and Kerri-anne were so friendly, so including with both the adults and the kids. I would 100% recommend the diamond farm stay to everyone. There's 4 cabins so it's not over crowded even when fully booked. It's save and spacious so your little ones can have a run and have a play or the adults can have a stroll. We will definitely be back our 3 day stay was definitely not long enough! Thank you for making our holiday away so peaceful and relaxing. The cabins were cute, clean and spacious. This has to be the best place I've ever stayed.

We absolutely loved our stay. If you are looking for nice and relaxing holiday with the kids then I highly recommend this beautiful farm stay with daily animal feeding and all day access to the animals . cottages are very clean and has a beautiful view . We will be definitely back next year

Great hosts, great cottage and fantastic experience with the animals for any age. Our third visit and we identified eleven birds from our verandah in one day, always something new. Planning our fourth visit with our cat, can't wait.

Outstanding family fun on a beautiful river.

I can't recommentd Diamond Forest Farm Stay enough. There is as little or as much as you want to do.Our cabin had a small secure yard for the dogs to come and go between the cabin and outside. There was plenty to keep our teen entertained and excited to be there.Walking the dogs through the forest and allowing them to meet and greet the animals warm fabulous. They all slept for days when we returned home! The cabins are beautifully clean and comfortable with kitchens to prepare meals.Thank you for your warm welcome and for sharing your beautiful surrounds with us. We couldn't have asked for more.

Great experience! Hire a canoe with my partner this morning. View is fabulous on the boat. And Jason is a super friendly guy and BBQ king. Gave us a wonderful breakfast. Highly recommend!

The cabins were comfortable for a family. Bird feed for us to place at our balcony was a thoughtful gesture. High interaction for the kids to feed the many animals at 8:30am feeding time, was good fun. Relaxed atmosphere for the kids to feed the animals, play with the ducks all through the day. Sand playground and a simple games room. We used their canoe and life jackets to enjoy being on the pond. All in all great fun staying at the farm as young families.

Really enjoyed, knew it was a winner when we booked when breakfast was included. Perfect on a cool morning and lovely paddling down the river. Good amount of breaks throughout meaning suitable for any ages. It’s clear it’s been well planned and done many times yet Dan showed interest in the group and was a great guide. Thank you!

Easy enough to hire a boat or kayak.We hired a kayak for an hour and that was enough time to do a lap and spend 10-15 mins on the beach of the other side. Good workout :)
